One will distinguish between main levels, which build up the story, and others (no-claim bonus, hidden). Moreover, from a technical point of view, introducing pages, logo screens, end credits, transitions, etc. are levels as well.

Main levels

These levels make the body of the game story. Each level is subdivided in two zones.

  1. the forest
  2. the castle
  3. the center of the Earth
  4. the mountain
  5. the harbor
  6. the ocean
  7. Egypt
  8. the sky

No-claim bonus levels

Plee can access to sub-levels (no-claim bonus zones). In two-player mode, both players need to be together near the level entry to be given access to it.

Enigmas and mini games

In each level, possibly in each zone, Plee has to face an enigma and/or play to a mini game. The player should not get blocked. If the response is wrong or the peformance bad, one should be able to carry on going through the level. Ideally the consequence of enigma/game would not always be visible immediately. In these zones where there is an enigma, Plee may sometimes scratch his head while not being active.

Examples

Mini games

  • In this level (the forest), Plee needs to get a maximum of fishes in a limited amount of time fishing. If the required quantity is fished, a fishing boat located in the harbor level, usually full, would be emptied (because Plee would have exhausted the fish resource upstream) and then one could gain access inside the hull of the boat.
  • Be two communicating vessels half filled. A spring is positioned above the second vessel. Using a lever , Plee can get water to go from one recipient to the other one. But the thing is, water wouldn't stay in the there (goes away or back to the first one, to be determined). Depending on how much water is filling up the second vessel, the spring would push Plee upward more or less.
