Combat (level)

In the two players game mode, players can inflicts damage to one another and, in particular, a player receiving a wallop looses a power-up. The combat level takes advantage of this characteristic.
Description
A combat level has a rather limited extent, maybe four screens not more. The players appear facing each other and there are some power-ups disseminated at the begining. The players need to kick on another until one of them has no energy left. Of course the loser wouldn't in the end lose any life in the process.
